List delivery attempts
GET
/v1/projects/{projectId}/webhook-endpoints/{id}/deliveriesKeyset pagination ordered by created_at then id descending, with
optional state and eventType filters. An API key needs read (or
write). Rate limit: 60 requests per 60 s
per caller.
Error codes: unauthorized (401), insufficient_scope (403),
endpoint_not_found (404), invalid_state (400).

Authorization: Bearer vh_live_...(live mode) orAuthorization: Bearer vh_test_...(test mode). Keys carryreadand/orwritescopes.
