Rotate a webhook endpoint secret

POST/v1/projects/{projectId}/webhook-endpoints/{id}/rotate-secret

Generates a new signing secret and returns it once; the previous secret stops signing immediately. An API key needs the write scope. Rate limit: 60 requests per 60 s per caller.

Error codes: unauthorized (401), insufficient_scope (403), endpoint_not_found (404), webhooks_unconfigured (503).

apiKey — Project API key: Authorization: Bearer vh_live_... (live mode) or Authorization: Bearer vh_test_... (test mode). Keys carry read and/or write scopes.
